I would like to buy beer for a friend of mine, and was wondering how long it would stay "fresh" if i kept it in the fridge. I won't be able to give it to them for another 2 weeks. Thanks

Unopened, forever. Bud has a "freshness date". (3-6 months or something like that). Also, our beer distributer told me that its a myth that you cant re-chill beer (have it in the fridge, take it out, put it back in...) apparently you CAN. won't hurt the quality at all

It will be fine for two weeks. Now opened beer just doesn't work, it gets flat and yucky. But I'm sure you know that

Beer doesn't stay very long in my fridge... because i drink it!!!!!!!!

But, on a serious note, the bottles have experasion dates.
Have fun drinking!

depends on the beer,, some have preservatives some don't some are differing qualities and differing brews also have differing shelf life
