I play softball, vball, and track and field, so I'm always working out, I run at least a mile a day, weights, the works! But I still have this extra baggage in my stomach area. and my thighs are big, but there mostly muscle with just barelly extra meat. But I need help getting rid of this extra baggage. I'm 5'4'' 155, size 8 jeans. M/L shirt. any suggestions or more exercise techniques I could try, I'm open to anything!!

First off make sure youre eating right. Also sleep is very important. And try longer distances when running.

Sounds like your burning alot of calories, but you need to make sure that your burning alot more than you are taking in. You should be eating 5-6 mini meals aday and not 3 larger ones. And you should stop eating 3 hours at least before bed. Also I know its a pain , but ya gotta drink LOTS of water. If you drink alcohol, try cutting that out for a little while. You are doing mostly cardio, you need to get into some work for your abs specifically. Good luck. WHY OH WHY cant cheesecake be health food and brocoli junk food!!

I believe the easiest way to loose a few pounds is to take the food you normally eat (assuming it is already healthy), and spread those calories throughout your day, rather than eating three big meals. Every time you eat, your body heats up and your metabolism is boosted. So if you eat six smaller meals, you will lose more weight than if you ate the same food over the course of three meals. Make sure you are not eating MORE food when you spread the meals out -- eat the same total amount as you did when you were eating three meals. Above all, make sure you are drinking eight glasses of water per day, and cut out the beer if you are drinking it!

So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. try a diet all salads if youve tried that stop trying, be happy with who you are ,not critizing just saying that might be the way u are built ,do you have kids?do some crunches 2

if u do squats or jump everyday, i suggest u stop (they make ur thighs EXTRA big) go running (1 mile a day is NOT enuff)

v-ups work AHMAZINGLY!!! i have a very similar body type to you, and this is what i do! i cheerlead 6 days a week, play soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and v-ups finish what hasn't been worked yet

I do the same thing i am in track, volleyball, crosscountry, and i do basketball. Wat im doin and u shud do is anything possible or try everything and see which one works and go wit the best one. That's wat i would do.
