I am with so many of the people above, check out Rachel Ray!
Her recipes are very simple, and the results aren't bad either. But don't just concentrate on food, try to find fun things to do for exercise. Walking is a good start, and there are a world of great exercise routines to try. 13 is a great time to start!

You can search by ingredients (like hamburger and cheese), or category (like mexican or italian), or even recipe title (cake). You can also sign up and save recipes in your own "recipe box".
I know rice can be a challenge to cook right, but it is SOOO much better than instant rice. That goes for mashed potatoes, too.

ok i got the answer..pamesan chickern..1 breast and slice it thin...but it between saran wrap beat it till it is more thinner and then grind up 5 ritz crackers and add 1 to 2 tbs of parmaesan to that and when the meat is ready...dip it in egg whites and the coating mix..fry with pam..
great and low cal but the flavor is so delicious
