You are free to decide any way you wish, there is no coercion. You can choose to have a wonderful life with the creator of the universe, then after death spend an eternity with Him.
Or you can live your earthly life as you choose and then die. Your choice.

First of all you might be referring to God's Wrath not torture, that's the devil's right once you get there. You have a choice! Why wouldn't you choose the path to love, peace, and all the glory in Heaven anyway? Do you like your sin? You can say yes to that question too. Why? Because we are born sinners and satan has made this way so desirable so you won't walk away from it. Jesus said, come to me and repent. Trust in Him and see how wonderful your blessings are. That doesn't mean you won't have a bad day or your car won't get a flat tire but the conviction of your spirit and faith in your Lord will make you stronger. It's not easy at all. Ask anyone of us. Every day is hard but together we are very strong and on the right road. I'll see them in the end, will YOU?
It is true that there are numerous Bible verses that speak of the promise of salvation, with no mention of repentance. These merely say to "believe" on Jesus Christ and you shall be saved (Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9). However, the Bible makes it clear that God is holy and man is sinful, and that sin makes a separation between the two (Isaiah 59:1,2). Without repentance from sin, wicked men cannot have fellowship with a holy God. We are dead in our trespasses and sins (Ephesians 2:1) and until we forsake them through repentance, we cannot be made alive in Christ.
The Scriptures speak of "repentance unto life" (Acts 11:18). We turn from sin to the Savior. This is why Paul preached "repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ" (Acts 20:21). The first public word Jesus preached was "repent" (Matthew 4:17). John the Baptist began his ministry the same way (Matthew 3:2). Jesus told His hearers that without repentance, they would perish (Luke 13:3).
If belief is all that is necessary for salvation, then the logical conclusion is that one need never repent. However, the Bible tells us that a false convert "believes" and yet is not saved (Luke 8:13); he remains a "worker of iniquity." Look at the warning of Scripture: "If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth" (1 John 1:6). The Scriptures also say, "He that covers his sins shall not prosper, but whoso confesses and forsakes them [repentance] shall have mercy" (Proverbs 28:13). Jesus said that there was joy in heaven over one sinner who "repents" (Luke 15:10). If there is no repentance, there is no joy because there is no salvation.
When Peter preached on the Day of Pentecost, he commanded his hearers to repent "for the remission of sins" (Acts 2:38). Without repentance, there is no remission of sins; we are still under His wrath. Peter further said, "Repent . . . and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out" (Acts 3:19). We cannot be "converted" unless we repent. God Himself "commands all men everywhere [leaving no exceptions] to repent" (Acts 17:30). Peter said a similar thing at Pentecost: "Repent, and be baptized every one of you" (Acts 2:38).
If repentance wasn’t necessary for salvation, why then did Jesus command that repentance be preached to all nations (Luke 24:47)? With so many Scriptures speaking of the necessity of repentance for salvation, one can only suspect that those who preach salvation without repentance are strangers to repentance themselves, and thus strangers to true conversion.

Yes, you probably have heard that alot. GOD is real, Jesus died for US, the Devil (satan) is real.
The facts of how all of these come together have been distorted.
The Truth:
GOD Created the Earth and Star System.
GOD gave Complete authority to Rule and Reign over the Creation to Mankind through Adam.
Adam turns around and Kicks GOD out of the Creation and lets the Devil (satan) gain Authority over the Creation.
Hell was Created by GOD years befor man was introduced into the Creation, for Satan and his Angels.
Man was never supposed to go into the Hell made for the Outlaw Angels kicked out of Heaven.
GOD tries to keep mankind out of Hell through Jesus.
satan tries to take ALL Human Beings into Hell to keep them from going into Heaven cause satan can't go there no more.
Human Beings can, by Believing Who Jesus said HE was.

You are raising a very important question.
First, We are God created creatures and we should adhere to God stated manual of procedure.
Second, God meant us to be a reasoning creatures and thus we are previliged as we are the among those creatures who God created to be able to decide for ourselves and thus our faith should be better than other creatures.
Third, we are to be judged, so without freewill how are we suppsoed to be subject to judgment.
Bottom line, we are enjoying limited free will within God System

That's such a bad way of looking at the world. God is just giving people shortcuts for being better individuals by telling them what to do and what not to do. if we were to find all of these by our selves i guess we would have to go through many lives to get on the right path. and remember no artist destroys its own creation unless he wants to be unknown. i don't think god wants to be unknown... do you?

No it isn't. He gives you one life. What you do with it is your choice. If he wasn't a loving God would he not cast you down the first time you denied him?

Believers don't want you to have free will, since they have given up their own to a superstition.
