It's almost impossible to develop an allergy to something you're already taking on a long-term basis.

I'd agree with your doctor. You're not allergic to xanax. But you might be experiencing some anxiety about having to take it regularly. Depending on how much you're on, I can understand this because it is a strong chemical and can make you feel a bit down at times and abrupt at others. Side effects of medication can cause social anxiety if they're hard to control and make you worry about continuing regular life. The best way to deal with it is to see a counsellor every now and again, they'll give you some good tips on coping with things.

Depending on what you're taking xanax for you might also ask your doctor if there's another med you can try instead. Eg valium. My bf has GAD (permanent anxiety) and prefers Valium over Xanax because of the differences in the drug 'reaction time'. One lasts longer than the other.

When he has a panic attack he has trouble breathing, thinking, gets very upset/confused/crying, and get's memory loss (will not be able to work out how he got outside when he was inside just moments before), things like that. Taking your medication when this happens will calm things down... never will it make things worse. But having had allergic reactions myself, I can see how you might think a panic attack is an allergic reaction. The first sign of my bf having a panic attack is him going "I can't... breathe..." Which is also what I say if I'm ever exposed to something I'm allergic to.

Stress can also affect your skin's ability to repair itself. This can cause excessive acne or pimples that turn into sores, or minor scratches turning into open wounds. If you're experiencing these you'll need to ask your doctor for additional skin treatment. Topical treatments won't work if your body cannot produce the natural chemicals it needs to repair your skin due to stress. Usually some kind of hormonal medication will be prescribed for a short term.

The main thing is, if you were allergic to xanax you would actually be dead by now due to the strength of the chemical.

If you think xanax is causing your anxiety consult your doctor about ways around this and tell him just how bad it is. Your doc might change you to another type of drug, or suggest counselling. I understand how most doctors are hesitant to increase dosage because of the risk of long term dependence and addiction, usually they will suggest lifestyle change instead. But if your xanax isn't working after this, then changing to another type of anti-anxiety med can help.

I completely believe you - yet because it truly is the hip hop section, i imagine we only examine out that throughout the time of relation to hip hop. If i turned right into a reg on the Rock section, i'd probable be declaring an identical element there, yet about rock rather of hip hop. you're 100% perfect in what you assert - in spite of the indisputable fact that it really isn't any longer that I concentration ALL my thoughts about that in the route of hip hop, it really is only that once i'm employing the RHH section, i'm speaking extra in words of what's occurring in hip hop than what's occurring in society as an finished. i'm only unhappy that the very reality society has change into the way it has that it really is had an effect on hip hop too (no longer all of it, yet some).
