im only 19, drinking age is 21 here, but if theres no alcohol in the mix can i buy it?

no y would you have to be 21, the law is you cant have **alcohol** until Ur 21, not that u cant buy something that u n=might later mix alcohol into, and how should they know what ull do with it, so my answer is no!

As long as it's non-alcoholic, you should be fine. Most margarita mixes don't contain alcohol by themselves, so you should be good to go.

You do not need to be 21 to buy a mixer that contains no alcohol. Margarita mixers are tricky, however. The ingredients to a margarita are: tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Usually when you buy a mixer for margaritas, it has the triple sec already in there with the lime juice, so it's got alcohol in it, but not very much.
It depends on the mixer, ultimately. If it contains no alcohol, you are legally allowed to purchase it. This does not mean that the store is required to sell it to you, however.

If it doesn't have alcohol in it, then anyone can order it. If it is a Mike-A-Rita type of drink, you will need to be 21 because it has alcohol in it.
I know this because I own a restaurant.

The law states that you can't buy Alcoholic Beverages, So with this in mind, You can buy magarita mix, As long as you don't buy anything containing alcohol in it.

Yes, you can legally buy the virgin mixes. Hell, I lived off of Bloody Mary mix growing up ( I hated V8 but liked doing something good for me)

No...you can buy other mixes, too. You just can't purchase alcohol.

You can buy it. Will probably have to get it from a grocery store as if you aren't of legal drinking age, you aren't allowed in a liquor store without an adult.
