Last week we had:

1) Peanut Butter and Crackers, String Cheese, Grapes
2) Banana Muffins with Nuts, Yogurt, Carrot Sticks
3) Trail Mix, Cucumber and Carrot Sticks w/ Ranch Dip
4) Mini Bagels with Flavored Cream Cheese and Raisins
5) Oatmeal Breakfast-type Bar, Clementine Oranges

What you need:
2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 (1 pound) loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 inch slices
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
What you do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, olive oil, oregano, basil and parsley. Place bread on a baking sheet, and top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until bottom of bread is browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.

Get some fat free yogurts from the store or Walmart/ They come sugared and sugar free. They have great flavors.I love vanilla and pina colada. Sprinkle them with pecans or cashews. The yogurts are fast to fix and they last a month in the fridge.

And they are delicious!!!
And no hydrogenated fats!!

ps they also get plenty of calcium this way

Pop up a bag of popcorn. Melt in microwave safe bowl, 2 squares of white chocolate bark. Empty bag popcorn into bow. Add the chocolate and stir together softly. put on cookie sheet til cool. makes good snack.

Another is called ants on a log.
cleaned and cut celery. In the center spread peanut butter. Top with raisins.....very nutritional

celery with peanut butter or cheez whiz

yogurt (the tube kind stuck in the freezer are pretty good)

Microwave popcorn with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, cheese and crackers, reheated pizza, nachos, apples with peanut butter, quesadilla (tortilla with slice of cheese, folded in half and microwaved).
