I have often heard it argued that abortion is wrong because some young mother may abort the second coming of Christ. But if this is possible, isn't it equally likely that the Anti-Christ would be aborted, thus averting the apocalypse?

I suppose some people could believe this to be the case, a lot of people, especially those with Christian oriented moralls, simply see abortion as killing, and therefore believe it to be wrong. Many Christians too wouldn't nessecarily believe the second coming of Christ to be in the sense of a rebirth, coming again as an infant, but returning to earth as he is. Of course, beliefs and theories will change from person to person. I suppose you're right, if Christ could be physically born, why not an Anti-Chirst? Intersting question.

Just so you know in history there is always someone who is an antichrist. Hitler,Stalin to name a couple of obvious ones were antichrists. They just weren't THE antichrist. You see, Satan doesn't know when Christ will return (the angels in heaven don't even know when He will come again) therefore he always has to have someone ready in every moment of history to take the place of the final antichrist. Therefore, he is not aborted.

How silly-Jesus is not coming back as a baby- He has fulfilledthat purpose- He is coming back in full majesty, glory and power! IF Jesus were to come back as a baby, which he is NOT, don't you think that God is powerful enough to preserve His life so that His purpose may be fulfilled??
