He asked me out for a chinese meal
I asked for his number and i gave him mine
I think i saw him look at my legs when he thought i wasnt watching
He offered to help me fill out my drivers license form
But he is friendly to everyone,so i'm not sure?

So what are you waiting for? Go out with him and then you'll know! Simple really. I don't think he'd ask you out if he didn't fancy you. Perhaps the real question is "Do you fancy him?"

Maybe he is just a nice guy, you do get them now and again. But from what you say i think he is to shy to admit how he feels. I think if you like him you should make a move and you wont be dissapointed.

i would take him up on his offer. go on the date and find out for your self! or get him on his own and ask him if you like him tell him so if he does he wont feel that he'd get rejected!
