Some people have thicker skin than others. and it also depends on your muscle mass, because the muscles are right under your veins, bigger muscles push the veins up and if you put on alot of muscle your skin hasn't had time to adjust and stretch along with it. you also might consider getting a little sun. but dont worry its supposed to be blue :)

Do you mean on them or just under the skin? Depending on how thick your skin is, how much body fat you have, and how often you work out it may be normal. If this is a sudden or new development, go see a doctor at your convenience. Otherwise, don't worry about it. It is a cosmetic issue.

I can see my veins on my breasts and chest and always assumed it was because im so pasty white. I'm definitly not too thin! So I'm guessing its ok... :)
