As a matter of fact, they do. In fact, the town of Essex, CT has a bald eagle day every February. Guides take people out on boats to find nesting areas. They are so prevalent now, it's even being considered taking them off the endangered species list. If you live in CT, and are interested in going on this Eagle tour in the winter, just watch your local paper -- they usually have articles about this. Also, you can call the Town of Essex Town Hall and inquire further. You should go at least once. The "Bald Eagle" is truly a magnificent thing to behold in person.
