Sounds like it could be gas pains. Lie on your back and rub your lower stomach in a clockwise motion (that's the way the intestine turns around in your abdomen. Use a fairly firm slow motion. Sipping a warm drink helps. Sometimes taking a warm bath, too. Have you been travelling, or eating unusual food, Are you stressed? Try to relax. Get your warm drink, something to read or a puzzle to do, and just sit on the toilet ofr 15 mins. Don't strain, just sit there and read. If nothing happens, get up and walk around. If you start passing gas, then that was the problem. If you get a fever, start throwing up, get a rash or any other symptom, try calling urgent care. I

Umm, yeah. That's the first time I've heard a stomach related question. You said it feels good to scrunch up, right? Well, scrunch up in the bathtub with warm (or hot) water. If that doesn't help, scrunch up in bed and fall asleep. You may have bad dreams but the feelings disappear when you wake up. It may be cramps or something you ate. I've had stomach problems (hell, everyone has) and I didn't go to the doctor.

Where is the location of the pain... right bottom corner....around that area? If yes... you need to go to the hospital... it could be your appendix. If it's a pain all over... put something warm on your stomach.... or massage tummy in a circling motion...without pressing... this works best when somebody else does it. My grandma used to blow hot air on my stomach with her giant self rolled cigar. It helped instantly... but you can also soak a small towel in hot water- take it out with a thong and wait until you can touch it, then apply it on your stomach.

You should take some Peptobysmol, eat a banana to help with the cramps, just take some fresh air in your body...drink a LOT of water....and get some rest..or stay on the toilet for a while.....THINK happy thoughts =)...but i swear peptobysmol does wonders....also you should jot down what you eat in a journal log or something just so you know what not to eat next time...like say you combine shrimp with pasta and eat a spinach salad..or something like that....just think back as to what you ate and maybe next time it wont happen..

Pepto Bismol. If you happen to be around a health food store, there's also an excellent product called Gastro-Sooth, and some herb tea with ginger and fennel (which could say for the stomach).

warm water is good for a upset belly. it sounds weird but it's true. drink it as hot as you can stand it. and sip it don't guzzle it. tylenol isn't for belly aches. that is for aches and pains.
