what are kinds of food that start with q,x,y and z?

Q: quiche; quatre-quarts (= type of cake); quenelle (type of weird sausage); quignon (I'm not just it qualifies: it's a chunk of bread!); quetsche (= quetsch; type of plum); quatre-épice (= type of spice)

X: xérès (= sherry); also vinaigre de xérès (sherry vinegar)

Y: yaourt; yassa (= Senegalese dish; never heard of it before)

Z: zeste (= zest; it's included in culinary dictionary, so it should qualify); zeste confit (= candied peel); zewelmai (= Alsatian onion tart; never heard of it before!); à la Zingara (= Gypsy style; never heard...!)

That's all I could find in my bilingual dictionary. It's a pretty big one, so that should be it. I've also added things I found on the Internet. I"ve learnt a few things, today!
