If u get pissed of by reading this answer u seriously need to learn how to read to fully understand the point being made i didnt want to go this far but this question deserves a good answer, Christianity started as a religion , but some where in between the history, it became a tool used by the white conquistadors to scare peolpe into believing that our need to be free, and our will to think freely, were wrong.... look into history and every time europeans "discovered" a "new land" the first thig they do teach christianity, to make us fell shame of being different.... ever since we've been insecure people afraid of seeing the truth, and we preffer to believe lies out of fear of being different.... in other words the truth would make us notice all the thing wrong with the world and most of the people simply prefer not to be the one who tries to make those changes for fear of rejection...... every one who points out the truth ends up dead....and nobody knows why or who killed them

We aren't believing in lies.
Right now in this world the end is taking place.
If you understood prophecy you would see it clearly.
Wait and you will see.
The world is forming a one world order. A one world country.
This is signaling the coming of the Antichrist.
Everything necessary for the end of the world is systematically being fulfilled.
And all of this was written in the "lies" you called the Bible.
Written 2000 years ago.
Have you even taken the time to read the Bible and compare what is happening today to what has been predicted?
If you did, you might realize these things...
No other religion out there has predicted what is going on today...
For example, the number 666...
comes from the Bible... the book of Revelation... 666 reprsesents the spirit that is posessing bad humans who are orchestrating the end of the world...
although there is one antichrist... many world leaders will be possessed by the beast...
Take the letters of George W. Bush and also the letters of his father, and change them into Hebrew letters( or the original language of the Bible... the language that Moses wrote the ten commandments in...)
Each Hebrew letter is also the symbol for Hebrew numbers....
Add them up and their names will equal 666 or 6 ... ALWAYS...
depending on how you add them... either with the first, middle and last name seperate = 666 or with all three added together = 6
The Bible states that these people, these world leaders who equal this number, are possessed by the Beast that is creating the end of the world...
The signs, the numbers, the prophecies are all around you...
Do not call us liars until you have learned about prophecy...
and the gift that God has given us his followers... to tell you the non-believer in hopes of opening your eyes to what your human mind is blocking you to see...

Should have wrote down the lies for them. Santa Clause? 8 tiny raindeer that fly throw the sky pulling a sled? Easter bunnys that lay colored eggs? Crosses that didn't come into Christianity until the third century. Carrying a roman torture device around your neck? Really? Ever green tree and colored lights replaced candles in Sun worship. Jesus wasn't born in December.
St. Valentines never existed? Hell is the grave or else God lied to Adam when he said, "For dust you are and to dust you will return." the Devil said, "You won't really die."
Eve said, "God said if we touch it we will die." who's lieing?
If you go to hell that is eternal life.
Psalms 37:10,11 The wicked will die and the righteous will live forever on the earth.
Religion teaches you go to heaven. Which is it? Can't both be right. Either you live forever on the earth as hundreds of scriptures say or you go to heaven. Somebody is lieing.
Either there was a first cause who has always been here and he is 3 persons in one. Or the first cause started out by createing a 1st. spirit son. Jesus as Col. 1:7 says.

Why is it a problem to you what they think?
Jewish people may think they are the chosen race other religions may think they are better than Christians
But unless they are all stupid enough to to take these issues further it will not have any effect on the general public.
They claim they have a regard for the human race so I expect them to show that respect.
So why does so many people on YA try to make an isue out of it?

No, we STOP believing the lies of the world and START believing the truth of God. It is Jesus Christ that covers us in His righteousness, so, by God's grace, we are treated by Him as better than we are. The Holy Spirit that makes us better people. He changes us, if we let Him. End result? Love, joy, peace, goodness, kindness, faithfulness, patience, humility and self control. Try it. You'll like it.

You need to be clearer about what lies you are referring too. Do you mean the rules that some denominations invent on top of the bible for their own interests or the bible itself?
If you mean the bible then as there is no proof that it contains lies or even truth, your question should be 'why do people have faith?'. I'm guessing you weren't around thousands of years ago so shouldn't presume to be the judge and jury on whether it is lies or not.

We don't believe in any lies and even if we do why does it hurt other people?What we beleve is in the Gospel! I don"know of any christian who has banned the Koran ,the Torah or any other religous book.But I do know of a few places where the Bible is banned ,punishable by death.And why does something so benign as democracy scare some?

Doby makes a lot of good points. There are many misguided Christians who believe and teach religion, not God's word. I did assume the questioner meant that everything we believe is a lie.

jesus is the way the truth and the life. if you open a bible you will benefit in learning the true words of god. the debil and everything he represents is a lier. as the bible says the greatest lie the devil ever told is to convince the world he didnt exsist, and you my friend r caught up by him.
