Don't try to eat McDonald's 24/7. Sure, you'll gain weight, but you'll also get unhealthy. Drink a lot of water, do weight training to strengthen main muscles (muscles weigh more than fat). Try eating HEALTHY foods with high calories, as in potatoes, avocados, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish. Good luck!

if your body is slim and depending on your build, why not become a dancer? besides, since when has slim been unattractive? bulking up like a swartzenagger would be a bit scary. plus, wouldn't that make it hard to buy well fitting t-shirts?

Dude.. this sounds just like me when I was your age. ENJOY IT!! Just eat healthy and exercise. By the time you are 30, your metabolism will slow down, and you can't figure out how to lose enough weight.

Add more weight and strength training to your workout. Cardio is well and good to be in shape, but lifting will tone and build muscle.
