what's the proper way to say this.. i'm not sure... i'll have a nap.. i'll take a nap or i'll nap.. or none of them?.. if not.. how can i say it? or should i use "going to" instead of will?

Depends on how you are gonna use it...If you are in the process of going to take a nap then simply say, I am going to go take a nap...if you need a nap say that...I could use a nap...if you wish you could take one, I wish I could take a nap or a nap would feel good.

The best thing to say is "I'm going to take a nap". "Will" sounds a little unnatural in this sentence. You can also say "I'm going to nap", but it's not as common. Using "nap" in this way isn't very common and more likely to be used if, for example, you want to say, "Shh, the baby's napping".

How about, "I'm going to take a nap" or "I'm going to go lay down for a nap"
