i really need one and i'm lookin' for maybe 5~6 pixels, around $150~$200 camera thas kinda gewd lookin, any suggestions? where i should get and stuff, about any info 'bout it would work ^_^

I have a Sony DSC-N1 with 8.1 mp. Takes great photos!! I've had Fuji and Canon cameras. The Canon Elph Powershot is a good camera, too, but I think it's overpriced. Get a Sony. I bought mine at B&H in New York City. Ordered it online.

I own several digital cameras. The camera of choice for a pocket size and a high pixel count is the Canon SD550. But, even that is above your state price - in fact double that.
When I want to go serious, I take out my Nikon D70s or D80 with a bunch of lens, depending on what I'm shooting.

I have a 5 pix Canon Digital Camera. It works great and the pics come out really good. You can find one at Fry's Electronics or any other electronic retailers.

I got a Nikon D50, which is beyond your range. My previous camera was a Sony DSC-P200, which was a steal at $200. Hell of a camera. The Sony DSC-W series are also very good and extremely affordable.

i have a konica minolta z5 ..its 5.0 megapixels with 12 x optical zoom.. really cool .. tho i think its more expensive :)
i got it one year ago so i tihnk u ll find cheaper ones..
