Ask her for lunch first, it is much more friendly and casual - there is not the same worry about . . . . . . do I let him take me home? should I leet him kiss me? do I ask him in?

I wouldn't ask her out of the blue because it may make her uncomfortable. My advice is to work on the relationship starting where it is at now. Talk to her a Little more, weather, movies etc... or try commenting on something she says. Be careful about being too personal too fast. Don't worry about it because if it is meant to be it will happen. Just go about it consciously trying to work up to lunch. After about 4-6 conversations you can find out what she likes to eat and then the next day mention there is a really cool place you are going to that has that kind of food and maybe she would like to try it out sometime. If it sounds casual and she says sure, close her at that moment ( seal the deal ) by saying how about this Friday? Even if she says she cant Friday it should be solid after that. Anyway, you obviously like her enough to post this question which makes me think your going to do great. Take it easy.

Just ask her if she has plans for lunch and if she answers no then ask her if she'd have lunch with you. I've been doing this a lot lately. What gets me is when that say they will, but come lunch time they hide or make some excused not to. Dagnabit, I wish they'd just say no if they aren't interested. Why say yes if you don't mean it?

Why do you want to ask her out? If you have something in common you can ask her to join you at some event. If not, you can ask anyone to join you for dinner and a movie.

Ask her about something she is into, get to know her - and then when the time is right ask her if she'd like to out sometime.

try not to get all tounge tied and be yourself if you are not being yourself she will know especially if she is a close freind
then get together your emotions and ask her you end up on top either way: with a girlfriend or knowing how she feels and continuing on with life
