When we have tough burdens life/the Spirit of God inside of is allowing us a learning experiecne. That is how I think of it. Otherwise it can be too much! You may not get the point of the lesson until long after the fact...but hang in there.
Putting you problems in the hand of God/Jesus is exactly what you need to do. Its called surrendering. Pray - speak - to God; there is no right or wrong way to do that. In my opinion you can not offend God, he knows your burdens, your feelings & whats in your heart. Speak freely & openly and ask him for the guidance you need. Then you follow leads, & your heart and eventually things will change.

Did you know the philosopher Gabriel Marcel? Hope you know him.. If you dont know him, i'll just present you his philosophy about suffering. That in the midst of suffering, there's hope. You know, during World War II, looking at the situation of the prisoners at Nazi’s concentration camp, these prisoners endured waiting for merely five years for liberation. The world of these men was bounded on all sides by inhumanity, hostility and suffering. Undoubtedly, many of these prisoners never expected to be released. Impatient sometimes, some prisoners attempt to escape other than to commit suicide. However, there were prisoners who confidently and trustingly wait for the coming of their liberators. Why? It is because these men were inhabited by hope.
Marcel takes the condition of the prisoners as a symbol of the human condition in general. He recognizes an aspect according to which the life of all men is captivity: subject to depression and despair. The human condition, so far as it is lived as captivity, permits and even invites despair. No man can escape the cloud of captivity. Sooner or later, each is confined by some trial that must be endured; this could be sickness, failure, slavery or death. Hope is about a matter that constitutes these tragic captivities, about matters that each person cannot help but to take it seriously to their heart with humility. In such a state, a person has the choice of accepting this captivity as trial or not.
The threshold to genuine hope is the experience of despair. For Marcel, the most fundamental characteristic of hope is its radical openness; it accepts the captivity as a gift. Yes, suffering is real and we experience it here and now. So, we must accept this reality – this dark cloud of captivity – as a trial. Yet, despite the darkness of captivity, we are hoping for an unseen Light and unseen World where we will be liberated from the captivity and where there is no more room for suffering and despair. Hope therefore, is the prophetic power that points beyond our natural human condition to an appeal – the appeal to the existence of certain creative power in the world. Hope itself is the evidence of Transcendence or the Sacred. To hope is to lend trust and to plan one’s confidence beyond him, and that is, to trust the love of God, which is eternal, and always binding us to hope.
Hope you understand it and help you. If you need help and more questions, reactions or clarification, just send me an email, jasontheone777@yahoo.com.
That's all.. Godbless and have faith!

From Islamic point of view:
- Troubles comes from oneself. So you need to correct what is wrong in you
- You need to exert your very best according to your capacity to solve your own problem. This is why we have brains, energy and resouces.
- having the above done, you can delegate God for solving the problem. It requires your full belief and trust that God will do the best. Once you deligate, you can never question or worry about God act as devil will try to void your delegation through the questions and worries.
Finally, pray and pray

I have so much proof in my own life that God will carry you through I would not be able to put half of it here. I would email my own testimony to you if you would like some encouragement. My God is real. My God is able to carry your burdens if you are able to turn them over to Him.

Ask God to help you carry your burden. It will still be there, but you will have more peace in your heart and you will be able to handle it better. Believe that He will help you. I know that He will.

If you want to accept Christ, you can ask Him to be your Savior and Lord by praying a prayer like this:
"Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life. I ask you in to my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior. I want to serve you always."
Once saved by accepting Jesus as your savior, there is nothing you can't get through in life, because you have Jesus going through it with you. All things are possible through Jesus. Noting can be accomplished with out Him.
Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

God promises peace and strength. Ask him for it.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27
My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9
