how long do i leave it in for my black hair to turn white or a very light blonde? nd does it hurt or sting or sumthin to bleach hair?

Natural black hair in my opinion is very beautiful, but if u must have highlights, let a pro handle it, u have to use strong bleach mixed with at least 30 vol. peroxide then it will have to be toned with a violet based color. also, do not do all over head!!!! Highlights thru a cap or foils only, if u do the whole head, ur roots will be dark in 2 weeks.

STOP ! Don't do it ...PLEASE !!!! I know you must be a beautiful woman and black hair is very sexy so please keep it natural. I promise you one thing...if you do change the color of you hair , nobody...not one person will TRULY like it , although they will all say , "It looks so ...nice" , when they get home they will be laughing their butts of because people really don't believe that to be a natural color. If you move to a different ares , the new people may be fooled for a minute but soon they will figure it out and any credibility you have earned will be gone. pretending to be something that you're not is deceitful.Deceit = lies. If you have Black hair, you better go to the beauty salon,
Because more than likely they are going to have to Strip you color, then put n the color you want.
Also, you have to take in to consideration, the length of your hair.
If it's in the middle of your back your gonna have to use at least 2 bottles...then your gonna have to time it right.
I'm going with a guess you've never done your hair at home.
IF you mess it up, your gonna look horrible and possibly destroy your hair.
Best tip:.....Go to the salon and fork out the money.
If you hair is long it's gonna cost you $100.00 or more.

If your hair is black you will have a hard time bring it up to pale blonde and you shouldn't try it yourself, you will end up with orange hair.

if your hair is black you lighten to the level of lightness you want and use hair color to tone the reds out or else you have white fried hair lol

until it lifts the color. is white your intended color? there is no pain involved in bleaching as long as you keep it off the scalp.
