Coke is a felony in any state. I think that if it's under 1 or 2 grams, at least you can't get indicted for intent to distribute for sale.

felony, any amount at all can be, but most likely would not be the 1st time, a state prison sentence- but selling is a prision term. Were I you, I would stay as far away from her as possible
