How long have you been going out with her? If you truly do love her then it would not matter if you guys did have sex or not. You could bring it up, but do not expect her to say yes, remember she may not be ready to give into that yet. As far as a handjob, ask her if she would be interested in giving that to you. She may be hesistant, and you should respect what she says to you. Do not get mad if she says no, she may be worried she might hurt you or worried she is going to do something wrong.

If what you want in another girl is sex, you're with her for the wrong reasons. If you really love her, you'd let her pick the time. Asking her would add pressure that I'm sure you don't want to give her.

if you know that she's a virgin, you already knew what you were getting into when you decided to have a relationship with her. a virgin- especially a girl is not gonna give it up that quick, and you shouldn't want her to. this is a very important decision that she will act on when she is ready. at this point, you either have to wait or find someone else who will give you what you want.

If you REALLY love her then cheating would not even cross your mind. If saving herself for the right moment is important to her then it should be important to you. Her abstience is most likely not shyness per se if she knows you're experienced then she may have a genuine fear of not being able to "be as good as" your previous experience.
You shouldn't ask her for sex and you shouldn't pressure her if you're placing your wants ahead of her needs then you should ask yourself if you really do love her.
