Grow out your bangs, then let your 5 year old sister cut it for you. Die it black or some random color. It'll be awesome!

Yuck, why would you want to do that to yourself? The point of those haircuts seems to be for your hair to look awful....I suppose if you really want it...any random razor or safety scissors will do...just pick up the chunks of your locks and start choppin. Your hair should look awfully emo in no time!

First, many people mistake me for Emo (I think it's the hair) but I can answer your question:
Emo (the comic from the 80s) went with the humrous, but overused "Bowl" cut....

i know a emo guy and he cut the back kinda short and left bangs in the front and dyed it black. it looks ok because it is really straight

I heard you dye your hair black and comb it forwards...If you want to go ALL out Emo than wear tight pants and wear black fingernail polish...I would say go to counseling
