like ur on the computer in ur room or doing something and then suddenly ur mom barges into the door and starts going what r u doing? blah blah or whenever ur parents need something they just walk right in!! i mean i can b changing in there!!

Install a chain lock. You can get one at Walmart or a dollar store. You can try a sign but they can still get in. You can try to talk to them but habits are hard to break.

How old are you? If you're approaching puberty or older then it is appropriate for people to knock and wait til you've said they can come in.
If you are much younger than that, there's perhaps less justification for insisting they knock, but it would be polite for them to do so.
Regardless, have a word with your mum. Use the 'changing' argument otherwise she might wonder what you're up to on the pc. ;) She was your age once; I'm sure she'll understand.
