If you put beer in the refrigerator and then have to take it out and it gets hot, then you chill it again to drink, will it be ruined? More or less, the beer it cold, then hot, then cold again, will it taste alright?

It will probubly taste fine to anyone who is not a critic, but yes it does ruin the taste slightly. I learned it in beer school!! Its better to store the beer warm and put it in the refrigerator the night you think youll be having a couple. Just remember once cold, always cold. Check out http://beeradvocate.com/beer/101/store.php. Lots of info on it.

I often times think that is BS. I mean they sell it both warm and cold at stores. I think sometimes the beer thats cold gets warm and think that the warm beer may have been cold at some point. So I guess if you know the answer to where your beer has been prior to it arriving at the store. I get a growler at the local Microbrewery fresh from the Brewers teat. It comes out cold, I rush it home to the fridge and keep it cold, and then drink it cold.
I do think that with crappy beer, Coors, Bud, other stuff that it taste like crap anyway, and then if it changes temps it is really just the beer still being crappy. So in the end does it matter, No drink up.

As long as it is not opened. Sometimes bottle versus can has an effect on that. It might not be as good...but o.k. to drink once it is cold again.

More or less, beer sucks.
It smells like a skunk. And it tastes disgusting.

It depends, if it's your first beer, it will taste nasty. But if it's your 10th or so, it doesn't matter. So drink up.
