Get something like Sudafed Head Cold and Sinus and take two with fruit juice, and go to bed. If you're still not feeling better tomorrow, beg off. People will understand :-)

Eat yogurt. It may be too late, but yogurt cultures eats the sugars that accumulate in the back of your throat, preventing the harmful cold viruses and bacterial infections from growing instead.
Since I started eating yogurt once per day, about a year and a half ago, I haven't had a single cold, and I can tell when one has been prevented because everyone else in the family gets it but me, and I might have a slight cough a couple days afterwards, which is usually how my colds ended up, in my lungs with a month long cough.

Firstly, a cold is a virus.. No known cure for any viruses other than let it pass.. Some people take an over the counter remedy called "Airborne" It just loeds up your immune system with antibodies... The best thing is rest and lots of fluids.. drink some additional vitamin c and drink lots of water...

Have a nice relaxing bath, whilst running the hot water shut the bathroom door so you are inhaling the steam (this should help unblock the nose)
Have a warm cup of milk or a drop of whiskey with lemon or honey.
Smoother your chest with Vic's vapour rub then curl up into bed and sweat it out!!!
Hope you get well soon

Take some sudafed cold and sinus, vitamin C tablets. Also before you go to bed take some Theraflu! It tastes so gross, but in the morning you will feel like a whole new person.

I have the beginnings of one, too. Take a bunch of vitamin C, get zicam or airborne, and get a lot of sleep tonight. Maybe Nyquil for tonight so you can sleep, too. Lots of liquids - get some gatorade, too!

don't waste time on the computer... Afterward go try to exrecise and warm up. You're already infected so not much you can do. Cough drops? Try anything reasonable.

Here, every one is going to wave their magic wands and you are going to be 100% better tomorrow....If that doesn't work, click your heels together and say "I will feel better" 3 times.....If that doesn't work, blame Bush.
