Your body needs some carbs. Switch to whole wheat crackers and breads..they have good carbs!

That is simply not possible. Bread and crackers are carbs. That's just what they are. If you are trying to stick to a low-carb diet, you might want to research it a little more or talk to a nutritionist. Carbohydrates are your body's preferred source of calories. You need them. The problem with complex carbs is that people tend to eat too much, which ends up giving you calories without filling you up very much. But, lots of fat and meat willn make you gain weight a lot faster, and affect your health a lot more.

NO even soy has carbs. it may look like crackers or bread but if there are no carbs it's not real, it's fake chemical bread lookalike.

soy breads have no carbs..but they taste bland
