First you need to get a pedometer (step counter)

Second wear it everyday everywhere like a piece of clothing

Third count your steps for one day (preferably one week) to get your daily average (divide the sum by 7)

Then add 4000 steps every day = if you walk 3000 steps everyday make them 7000 steps everyday

and watch your self getting in shape!

In one month? Not gonna happen. Over time, yes, but if it was soemthing that could be done in a month, dont you think more people would do it?

Anyway...

Proper eating habits will keep you thin, but if you want muscle you have to exercise.

If you just want muscle definition, anything that gets you moving will help. Run, swim, ride a bike, dance, whatever you want. Just do it long, and do it as often as you can.

If you want to gain size, thats a different story.

You need to eat A LOT (healthy stuff that is). Lift weights, heavy heavy weights, and lift them often. Every other day (leave a day inbetween for your muscles to heal - thats when they grow).

You get what you put in. If you dont dedicate yourself to it, you wont get anything out of it. There are no shortcuts, no special pills, and no quick fix to losing weight or gaining muscle.

Just the right food, exercise, and dedication.

Exercise at home instead of the gym.
Eat a good breakfast within one hour of getting up from sleep in the morning.
Exercise within one hour of getting up in the morning for a continous period of 15 to 20 minutes
You need not do strenuous weights, rather try some relaxing exercises like Yoga.

Push ups, sit ups, and crunches at the house will be good... And eat a healthy balanced diet or fruits, veggies, bread, and meat. Carbs are good for energy. Energy is good for working out. Working out is good for toning your body. That's why a BALANCED diet is important.
