Illegal immigration is a crime that's why its called illegal
Its not discrimination ,it has nothing to do with any one race it has to do with all illegals from anywhere.Take your bleeding heart and do something that helps stop this invasion of illegals that are flooding my state and city and costing us millions.
Its not racism to not want illegal immigration ,its being a realist that sees the problem and recognizing it for just that not a campaign mounted against all people of any one race.
This BS wont sell any better than the pilgrim thing did.

Coming here without proper documentation is illegal and against the law and by your own definition these people are all criminals. It is not discriminatory because these law breakers can be from any country. It is only some uneducated people on this site that try to turn illegal immigration into a race issue.

Actually discrimination is really only illegal for the government or anyone who relies on the government (such as a business using a governmental grant or loan). It is illegal for citizens if it becomes a hate crime or turns into harrassment, but we are not required to like a person or their race (1st amendment).
Also, I do agree with you racism is stupidity. We really aren't that different from one another.

See, you are showing one of the philosophies of the liberals weaknesses besides your stupidity. How in the hell do you think that you can legislate discrimination out of existence? True, you can make the racists and bigots go into the closet but you can't make them suddenly lose their hatred. If you want to arrest them for discrimination, you need evidence to arrest them. They have a right of trial by jury so you need to prove the charges in a court. I'm not sure that there is a statute for discrimination on the books anyway.In other words, it would be a civil matter.

Actually, discrimination is only illegal when the government does it.
However, being against illegal immigration isn't discrimination, to begin with.

Where'd you get this idea that discrimination is illegal? It contradicts your constitution on freedom of speech; therefore, it cannot be illegal. If it's so illegal, why haven't the FBI cracked down on KKK areas?
Discrimination will always exist, it's just now people are starting to see and respect other people for being unique. We still have a long way to go before it is eradicated and I doubt that even our great grandchildren will see that day (that is, if we haven't destroyed ourselves yet).

Discrimination is only illegal in certain fairly well defined areas - employment, as an example. Outside of these defined areas, you are free to discriminate against anyone for any reaons.
As you've posted this in the Immigration area, I assume you mean this in the context of legal immigration vs. illegal. The U.S. is a nation of immigrates, and has always supported LEGAL immigration.
Illegal aliens have no standing in regard to discrimination. They not only should be discriminated against, they need to be arrested for breaking our immigration laws and deported.

PS: I'm against to illegal immigration and they (illegal immigrants) should be deported immediately however I thought we were discussing the "racism" in here not illegal immigrants and/or some other issue!!!! it reminds me somethin' ; "to test whether or not my science teacher was actually reading my lab reports before awarding me my accustomed A, I wrote a story 'bout GTA San Andreas PS2 game in proper lab format, I received my usual A" sooooo I think y'all should read the question before makin' any statements ;)
