if you love her, say the same thing. Girls like to be assured that they are loved. Mostly, its not enough for them that you show affection. Words make them feel good. :)

If you are in a relationship with her, you have to ask yourself if you love her. If you do, say "I love you too". So I assume you asked this question because either you don't love her or you're not sure. If you don't love her and haven't been playing games with her to make her think you love her - then you need to end the relationship. If you're not sure, then just say "I think you are pretty special too".
