Can you give me the name of the best software to download programs, music etc.... I've used ARES then EMULE but some people say that there are better ones.

I imagine that to this point you already tried lime wire and you found out that Ares is a much better software.
Stick to Ares it has faster downloads and you can find more content.

as above said limewire is very good ..i m using limewire pro ..easy to use .small in size :-)
