Trimspa has worked great for me. I went from 146 after baby and now Im 115,wearing a size 1/3 in 4 months. Ive maintained it since then but it worked quick.

Changing a few habits can help you lose a few extra pounds.

Eat 4 small meals a day, 4 hours apart and don't eat 4 hours before bed. If you eat a carbohydrate, make sure you eat protien with it.

Drink 68-100oz of water per day,
cut back on salt and refined sugars,

and

When you go to a shopping mall, park in the space furthest away and go up and down every aisle in the store the extra steps count as exercise and every little bit helps!

Theres no healthy way, unless you eat a lot of fatty or fast foods, but out un neccesary trans fats and eat more fruits and vegetables. Try chicken and fish ( grilled ).
And you will need to supplement that with cardio excercise, try swimming to get a good effect. It will not be healthy to lose that much weight too fast but it will probably take 3 or 4 weeks.

You're really not leaving us with a lot of options!

Honestly, if you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in. If you're not willing to exercise, then your only option is to reduce the number of calories you're taking in. So, the answer is to go hungry. Really, I hate to say it, but you'll need to starve yourself.

It's not an issue of immaturity...just science.

Just only eat three meals a day and no snacking in between, and don't eat after 6:00 at night its not healthy. And also eat alot of protein and less carbs.

give up junk foods and all those greasy foods. dont drink sodas and juices with artificial flavors. go for healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. steamed fish and chicken are also good for loosing weight. dont skip meals but give up snacks in between them.
my sister used to be 160lbs and is already146lbs when she started doing this. i've just started this technique a week ago and it's starting to work! good luck!

Day 1 only, Eat a bag of prunes to clean yourself out.

Eat salads, with just vinegar and olive oil dressing.

Walk/run 3 miles daily.

Slim-fast is always good.that with a little exercise every other day and no sweets except for the slim-fast or protien bar. should do it.

umm eat healthy food dont eat alot of carbs but you have to excersize to take away excess fats and loose more weight
