Ok u have made the first move by calling him but why wont u ask him to a movie after a few attempts of making the first motion towards seeing this guy think of other things that u both may like maybe sit down and talk and see what u both have in common ,if this dont work maybe suprise him with a small gift sentto his house nothin to fancy though

Men can be shy - best way to find out is to tell him that you are interested in him and ask him if he would like to get together sometime - this way you stop wondering and if he is nervous and that is why he is holding out - you made the first move and that is ok - men like that sometimes. The younger he is - the more likely he is even more nervous and worries about being rejected..
If it does not work out, don't worry about it. Just be yourself and be honest - the best way.. if he has not taken the hints yet, I think the man is shy and is probably too nervous to ask you out. He may think he is reading them the wrong way and might feel like you will turn him down if he were to ask you out - sometimes they can be intimidated by us -escpecially if and when they are interested. To me - it seems like you have nothing to lose.

Maybe instead of giving hints, you should just tell him straight out. It takes some guts, but you'll never know or sure unless you do it. Maybe he just doesnt pick up on the hints, or is to shy to act on them thinking maybe they are not hints.

He probably doesn't get the hints that your giving him so just give it sometime, but the best thing to do is to be straight forward with him and tell him that you like him and see what happens and if it doesn't work out there's always alot of guys out in the world that would love to have you in their lives

lol if u dont know it...guys are dumb! and they certainly cant take hints! ask him what he's doing over the weekend, ask him if he wants to see a movie or something. at least then he can see that u are interested. most girls flirt, so it might not be that he doesnt like you, hes just not picking up on YOUR hints. i would ask him out to go do something simple. maybe if u know of a party or something, ask him if he wants to go. good luck!
