Wow! That's a really good question! I guess not, now that I think of it. I tried looking in the mirror with my eyebrows covered, and tried looking like I was surprised, and I didn't look surprised! Interesting...

Of course they can. Usually, a person with no eyebrows also only has one hand, so they also know the sound of one hand clapping as well.

I believe they look permanently surprised.

This is more of a confused philosopher kind of question.....but the person could make an Oooo shape with their lips while opening their eyes wide......might work.

yes they can!!!!!!!i know because i don't have any eyebrows because of chemotherapy i look surprised a lot of times---good and bad surprises!

I'm pretty sure. The facial expression is caused more by the muscle movement than by the hair itself...
