Every time I try to Run the program it gives Me this error message!! What is the problum with this progrm? I tried reinstalling it. I thought it would work after that, but it did not. I need more inforation on this program. This what the computer said, software Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. msvcr71.dll is a Microsoft (yes, I know that you have a MAC) C Runtime Library used by many applications - with each application having it's own copy.

Search for the msvcr71.dll file and rename it, then download another copy here...

Then run the update.
