does anyone know of any photo editing programs where i can trace a certain part of the picture and cut that part out? (for example: cut out my body)

Adobe Photoshop. You can make vector drawings and edit what is on the pixels layer. I hope it helps.

yes there r many program for this like adobe photoshop ..
but u can also edit ur pic with paint ..which one u have already in ur cp ..just right klik on photo and go to OPEN IT in paint ..

Get photshop cs2 it comes with image ready you can cut edit and then make a gif animation really cool
