As long as u have a prescription for it, it will be ok. If they ask u what you've taken within so many weeks, tell them.As long as u can show that u have a prescription it is all right to take it and have it show up in a urine test.

Make sure on the form you are given that you list any medications you have taken. Don't worry about it. You should be okay if that's all you're concerned about.
When I say to list any medications you've been taking, I mean even over-the-counter non-prescription medications too. And if you have eaten any muffins with poppy seeds, ask the tech if you should include that on the list you provide. Believe it or not, that will cause you some big problems.
Good luck.

Time out! If a dentist or doctor gave you painmeds then you have legal medical reason for it to show up on a pee test. Bring your script or your a legal document from your dentist.
Otherwise, vicodan is a narcotic. It lasts about 3 days in your system.

When I was hired at where I worked, they gave me a urine test. I told them about a prescription of ibuprophen I had several months earlier in case it showed up, which it proabably didn't.
