LOW-FAT BANANA BREAKFAST SHAKE

1 1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
cinnamon, optional

LOW CAL STRAWBERRY BREAKFAST SHAKE

2 c. nonfat milk
1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
Sugar to taste
1 banana (optional)

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend and serve. One serving.


In blender container, combine all ingredients except cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Makes 2 servings

Consider 'muscle milk' it's a power protien shake powder that tastes really good and is like rocket fule for workouts. Google it to get the best prices. I train hard, and this stuff is the best 'shake' I've ever had.

use frozen banana for creamier consistency (peel will turn blck if you freeze it, but the nana is just fine.)

Put some fat free milk, a little soy protein powder, a nana, a little wheat germ and some raw honey.

If you really need to lose weight, try to limit the simple carbs(sugars) before working out.
If you don't need to lose weight, go to town on the shake and get all the energy you need to be active.
