Everyone has an adams apple,
It is what decides how much bass your voice projects, or how deep your voice is.
Girls' voices are higher pitched, so our adams apple is significantly smaller, it doesn't mean we don't have one. We just aren't as loud as the boys. hehe. lol

Because testosterone causes the cartilage in the area to thicken. This provides some extra protection but nothing fantastic.
