The following beginner steps worked for me: Go to the fibromyalgia website for resources; namely a good doctor in your area.
To stabilize and start sleeping (you are not going into Stage 4 sleep), you will need to take an antidepressant for 2-4 weeks. This will help out the serotonin in your brain. Until you stabilize, every day and night take a hot bath---put in Epsom salts and baking soda. Cut out caffeine. Your body has a hard time eliminating toxins, so try to avoid junk. The intermediate steps are for later....hope this helps.

I had this as part of the symptoms when I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I still get it occasionally and it is certainly one of the worst parts of CFS. If you have been diagnosed with CFS. the only things you can do is manage your health (a vegetarian diet did wonders for me) and fitness (I know that this is the hard part but is a stepping block on the road to recovery).
I was also on massive vitamin B injections weekly - maybe you could try that for the fibromyalgia - poor baby.
Look after yourself and wish you all the best.

come down to the trailer park! it's an excuse for people who are lethargic and don't want to work.
fibromyalgia is a "mystery" so you can't prove you have it.
