weight watchers is a really good meal plan. You also need to exercise. Do cardio (treadmill, walking, running etc) and then do strength exercises like crunches, lunges, and push ups. You'll lose weight and build muscle.

I also do pilates to help stretch the muscles so the muscles don't bulk up in the same spots, they distribute evenly.

this is sooooooooooooooo easy to do,

you can eat anything you want until you cet full too, all you have to do is add 3 8ounce glasses of water with every meal, and you will definately loose weigh,

but the thing about looking thinner comes with the inches that you lose, what u should aim for are the inchesm because you can excersize and lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 15 in muscle but go down like 4-5 pant sizes, even though u gained weight(muscle- wich burnes fat and is better because it makes you toned) you lost fat and inches and look a lot thinner

compared to your avatar, your not fat and totally a hawt! chill on the weight, and focus n your bf reactions when you kis him, or focus on smthng else,
now if your lying by your vatar, and need to loose A LITTLE weight, then just start running, tennis etc, too many asshole guys out hear tell girls that, you know what, the girl i like is smal and petite, but im 5'8" so she kinda needs to be, but ive dated a girl 3-4 inches taller and weighed 165, i had her for 2 years, im the guys you need to find, not theese assholes? k?
every girl is gordeous, thats why every girl will have more then 4-5 dates or bf before she dies. honestly...

There are alot of women who look hot and sexy with a bit of thickness to them. Beyonce, Queen Latifa, Kelly Clarkson. I think curvy is sexy, I mean have you seen Nicole Richie? Or what about Kate Bosworth's new body. SCARY! Besides, alot of black women are curvy. If you are actually fat and not thick, I would recommend a low carb diet and get ALOT of exercise.

i am not a big fan of pills, but i can say that if you walk, eat lighter, and do crunches on an excercise ball, it will help. i would definately say do not plunge into a diet becuase it will affect you later, you will gain it all back really quick and more than what it was before.

find some sports or something that you enjoy and take it up and also eat more healthily, it may not be quick but it sure will help in the long run
