Matthew 7:13-14 (King James Version)

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

This is one of my favorite passages. What is yours and what do you think of it?

My Favorite:

Proverbs 3-5/6

Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.

I love the verse you picked as a fave. I believe that this verse is warning us of the many temptations and false teachings that is readily available. This verse is also confirming that the straight way is the only way through Jesus Christ. The few that find life are the ones who were not seduced by the devil and things of the world. There is a light in the world through Christ you can find life if you don't get blinded in darkness..
