Sometimes a woman's cycle changes and perhaps your body is going through that change. Stress is another factor for the delay in your period. Your eating and or your exercising is a new routine that may also delay your period.

Now, the possibility of being pregnant should not be ruled out because you still have a good chance. The probable reason for both your test to come out negative can simply mean either a bad box of tests or not enough hcg (pregnancy hormone) in your urine.

Also, you should know that some women may take as many home pregnancy test but maybe you're one of the few women that may need more than just a urine test, you might need a blood test. If in a week you still get the same result, then try to make an appointmemt with your doctor, that might work better for you.

I hope I was able to help you out. I wish you the best. Good Luck!

Because you are stressing over the two pregnancy tests. Just relax and I am sure you will get it in a few days. The mind is a complex thing and it can cause a lot of things to happen if you stress about it. I have been through this myself, even going to the doctor for a test. Save yourself the money of buying another pregnancy test and just chill and the rest will follow.

Pregnancy tests are not always accurate. Wait two weeks and then if you haven't gotten your period yet then take another test. My friend had three negative tests before it was positive so, anything is possible. If in two weeks it's negative again then there is something else going on. A lot of factors can influence your flow so just relax and usually it will come... *usually.

it could be stress or maybe you are pregnant but there is not enough pregnancy hormone in your system to to be detected by the test. i think you should wait a week or 2 and take another test if it is still negative then go see a doctor

Don't stress out right away. Give it a few more days and just try to relax. Stress, not eating right, too much exercise- these can all make your period late or disappear totally. Give it until when your next cycle is supposed to start and see what happens.

You should go to your doctors office. If you're in fact not pregnant, it could be your lifestyle affecting your period. Stress, extreme dieting & excersing, all can make your period dissapear. Good luck.
