Well nothing i think. you falling up the stairs and then gathering yourself and lifting yourself back up i think covers the missed steps. Also i don't know if you got ice for your shin but if you did that could also make up for the falling because if you think about it any other day would you be getting ice or making the trip to you kitchen to get ice for you shin. Well if this doesn't help i hope you figure out a way to make up for those missed steps and i hope the bruise on your shin is better. : )

What I would say is it depends on what parts of the body you are trying to exercise. As falling up some stairs will have used up some energy, but in a different way to running up stairs. You can go for an extra long run, if you feel this is justified. However you may then end up over exercising. Also it depends on what type of stairs you are referring to. If you are thinking of the stairs, to which one of your earlier questions referred to, you like to use as a sport, then depending on how quickly you get up after your fall fall you will have gone back down the stairs to a point the same or lower to which you were at when you fell . Once again good luck, my friend!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

absolutly, if you trip, then you are like skipping out on extra exersize experiences, which is not good, after you recover, from the horrible bruise that you obtained you should run for about an hour.

Yeah you should run a mile for each step you missed, then go home and drink 3 more shots, and then repeat untill you can't anymore.

Just wanted to post a question huh?
If you're smart enough to exercise...you're smart enough to answer this question yourself.
