It actually depends on a few things. First off, was it major or minor? Second, was it hit or ranover? Third, how long has it been since the incident? And fourth has it been to the hostpital or vet? If it were minor, it was hit, it has been at least 3 months or 90 days and it has been to the doctor probable it can walk as of now. But just to be sure you should make a call to your local vet and ask them to do a brief exam. If you only gave the dog a week and it was ran over and it was major and you never went to the doctor then I would give it plenty of time to heal and go to the doctors.

really does depend on the injury. i have seen plenty of dogs get up and walk after being hit by a car. If he has a spinal injury than maybe not. if it's just a fracture and some cuts and bruises than yes he will.

my dog got hit by a car and had to get stitches. he was walking by two weeks. if the injury is really bad, it might take longer, but it should be able to still walk.

if you mean right after he has been hit, that would depend on where the break is. if you mean after he has his leg set and the cast is off, he should be able to walk. if he can't walk he will learn to do so with just his 3 legs.have him e-rayed to make sure his leg is or will be A-OK.

If it just broke a paw or something, and it heals then yeah, but you can also train it to walk on three paws. If it is dead than i dont think so, maybe in dog heaven!!
