Ethanol does not have any iron in it, although some alcoholic beverages probably do. If you want to reduce your iron intake while drinking alcohol, I suggest drinking inside a powerful magnet.

Alcohol (ethanol) is C3H5OH (notice there's no 'Fe' - Iron)

So, no... no iron in alcohol.
