Don't panic. Your body (and baby's) knows what it's doing. You can actually carry up to 46 weeks....I know I don't want to carry that long.

If you are really nervous, talk to your doc about natural induction such as nipple stimulation, sex, walking, Castor oil, and the others that are out there.

Just remember when baby is ready, baby will come.

Relax! Stress and worry are not going to help at this stage. Call a friend plan a lunch date and spent some time shopping. Something to remember after you've had the babe, when you tired and blue. Even big babies get born, even if it isn't vaginal. Congratulations. Seriously take a day for you.

Generally, the doctor will not let you go beyond 42 weeks. If your doctor thinks your baby is getting too large, he may schedule an induction for you. Don't stress. Baby will come when he/ she is ready.

It won't stay in there forever, I promise. Lots of women carry until 42 weeks, even big babies. If the doctor gets worried, he will let you know.

This happened to me with both my kids. The doc will induce labor and you will give birth. Too easy right? Don't fret. It's almost over!!!

Sometimes it seems like nothing is going on, and then 3 days later you are in labor.
