im wondering because im semi-lactose intolerant, and it would probably be a lot better for me to drink soy milk if there is absolutely no dairy in it. plus soy milk tastes better anywayz. thanks for the help.

soy milk is made from soy beans and it has no dairy. there is also rice milk, which isnt as tasty as soy. you can also try lact-aid cow milk.

or
