most of the traffic accidents happen on peak hours like in the morning 5:30 to 7:30 and in the afternoon between 6:00 to 7:30

Now here's an interesting theory. 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Why? It's several hours since a meal and everyone's blood sugar is low. This results in poor judgment, impatience and short tempers.
