Along with stress and overprocessing, genetics, poor diet, certain medications, kind of shampoo and conditioners (some coat your hair and can cause breakage when combed or brushed) , if u color, perm etc. what kind of combs or brushes u use, never use a brush on wet hair, always a wide tooth comb, dont start using the brush to style while blowing dry til hair is 90% dry, wet hair stretches and can cause breakage

constant hair colouring,irregular hair wahs WITH conditioner, letting it dry w/o using a mosturizer and constant perming or rebonding.
